What we want is that the policy has a more obvious superposition effect, a more effective solution to problems, and a better coverage in the process of implementation. For example, in the area of marketing and promotion, online catering platforms should scientifically set the minimum delivery price and price-break discounts promotion rules, and explore how to guide merchants on the platform to set the minimum delivery price reasonably according to the different business scale, food grade, and ordering distance of merchants. We propose to optimize the price-break discounts collection mechanism and not include staple foods in the scope of price-break discounts display, in order to minimize food waste. Many consumers complain that setting a minimum delivery quota for takeout leads to having to order more. Setting a minimum delivery quota is often regarded as a mandatory minimum consumption behavior, and it cannot be generalized whether such behavior violates the rights and interests of consumers. More importantly, platforms and merchants should popularize small portions as much as possible and accurately label the amount of finished food. On the basis of user authorization and consent, takeaway platforms can give reasonable meal recommendations and meal matching according to users’ daily preferences, order sizes and scientific dietary standards. It is worth mentioning that Zhiji LS6, the third model of Zhiji Automobile, which has the NOA ability to go to high-precision maps, will be unveiled at Chengdu Auto Show soon. The delivery will be equipped with the industry’s first "one-button scene driving" function, based on iAd intelligent driving technology to solve the high-frequency pain points of users in certain scenes during urban travel. At the same time, IM AD is preparing for the technology to go to sea, perceiving that it has completed the European localization adaptability training, and the planning algorithm has adapted to the local environment and driving habits. In 2024, the LS6, the first global strategic model of Zhiji Automobile, went to sea together.

Previously, since its delivery in March, Zhiji LS7 has continued to lead the "medium and large pure electric SUV". With a brand-new mobile communication architecture, 5G provides at least 10 times the peak rate of 4G, millisecond transmission delay and hundreds of billions of connection capabilities, achieving a new leap in network performance. The integrated application of 5G in all walks of life will expand new business models, breed emerging information products and services, and expand new space for the development of digital economy.

In order to promote the development of 5G, under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Information and Communication Research Institute, IMT-2020(5G) Promotion Group and china communications standards association jointly hosted the second "Blooming Cup" 5G Application Solicitation Competition. The theme of this competition is "The future has come, the digital wave of 5G empowerment". It aims to widely collect 5G applications for industries, enterprises and individuals, condense the capabilities and resources of the whole society, and further explore the needs, business forms and business models of 5G applications, and deeply explore and incubate a number of 5G featured applications, laying the foundation for building a good application ecology of 5G.

The contest was officially launched on January 23, 2019, and regional competitions such as Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Sichuan and Guangdong were held one after another, as well as eight special events such as smart city, smart life, smart industry, smart medical care, smart media technology, cloud application, car networking and VR/AR. The contest has received extensive attention and support from the industry, with a total of 3,731 entries, showing the application potential in many fields, such as industrial internet, car networking, medical care, new media, VR/AR, transportation, emergency, education, drones, environmental protection and so on.

After the selection of regional and thematic competitions and preliminary competitions, a total of 300 events were shortlisted for the national rematch (the list is attached), and the national rematch and final will be held in Hangzhou on October 15th (rematch) and October 16th (final) respectively.

5G has ignited the enthusiasm of the whole society for "mass innovation and entrepreneurship". The application of 5G convergence has become an integrator that brings together various elements of production, learning, research, use and innovation, and has become an important propeller of the national innovation-driven development strategy.
