XIII. Some taxpayers reported that the deed tax had been paid for a long time, but when they asked about the handling of the real estate license by the Real Estate Bureau, they learned that the deed tax had not been paid to the tax authorities.

After preliminary verification, it was found that the taxpayer had paid the deed tax and public maintenance fund fees to the real estate developer before he got the keys to buy the house, and the developer paid them on his behalf. Therefore, film creation does not have to follow novels completely. "I always discuss it from the standpoint of movies and see how it can become a more exciting movie. Shuang Xuetao finally read the finalized script, and made no suggestions for revision. He described this satisfaction as "unexpected". The core of the film is closely connected with literature, and it retains the core characters, plot and expression of the original work.
