More and more people suddenly
The cause of sudden death is inseparable from these two points.
Who defines sudden death as: patients who are healthy or seemingly healthy on weekdays suddenly die of natural diseases in a short time. In clinic, sudden death is defined as sudden death, which mainly refers to sudden cardiac arrest. There are many reasons for sudden death, and the causes are complicated, but most of them are related to cardiovascular diseases.
The data shows that there were about 10.65 million deaths due to illness in China in 2019, of which 43% (4.58 million) died due to vascular diseases, which is the biggest killer threatening Chinese people. Why is cardiovascular disease so high now? Mainly related to two reasons.
1, work and life pressure.
Many young people are in a state of excessive mental stress for a long time in order to live, which will make sympathetic nerves continue to be excited. When the mood fluctuates greatly, it is likely to induce coronary stress reaction, which will lead to acute coronary events and even sudden death.
2. Bad living habits
In addition to the heavy pressure of life, many young people still have bad eating habits, including long-term eating of take-away, fried food, high-salt food, etc., and may also have bad habits of smoking and drinking, which may easily induce diseases such as "three highs" and coronary heart disease, and then increase the risk of sudden death;
Sleep is also very important for cardiovascular health. Many young people will "retaliate" to play mobile phones after work. Frequent staying up late and lack of sleep will also increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Another point is the lack of exercise for a long time. Lack of exercise can easily lead to obesity, increased blood viscosity, and increased risk of venous thrombosis in lower limbs, which can easily induce sudden death.

Research in chinese journal of critical care medicine pointed out that sudden cardiac death is the primary cause of sudden death, accounting for more than half, and middle-aged people aged 30-63 are the age group with high incidence of sudden death.
Among them, the death rate of sudden death in young people will be higher than that in old people, because there are many chronic cardiovascular diseases in the elderly, and the body has tolerance and compensation, while young people do not have such a compensation protection mechanism, so the death rate of sudden death is higher.
Yin Pengfei, chief physician of the Department of Cardiology, Beijing Millennium Hospital, reminded that there may be three abnormal manifestations in the body before sudden death.
First, for no reason, I found chest pain, oppression, physical weakness, dizziness and other symptoms;
Second, there are inexplicable symptoms of angina pectoris and dysphagia, and some patients will have chest tightness for 3 to 5 minutes;
Third, low blood pressure suddenly appears, and at the same time, there are symptoms of cold sweat and dyspnea, which mostly occur after satiety and physical activity, and can be relieved to some extent after rest.
In addition to these three typical symptoms, some patients have sore throat, toothache and left arm pain before sudden death. The duration of these symptoms varies from a few minutes to half an hour. Because these symptoms are not typical, they are easily ignored by people when they appear, and many people will carry them hard for work and other reasons, which will easily delay the best treatment opportunity.

How to prevent sudden death? Three main points to keep in mind.

Timely medical treatment
