Guo Shengkun

　　Guo Shengkun, male, Han nationality, born in October 1954, from Xingguo, Jiangxi, joined the work in August 1973, and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 1974. He graduated from University of Science and Technology Beijing with a postgraduate degree, a doctorate in management, and a professor-level senior engineer.
