The article points out that in order to push forward the cause of our party and state under the ever-changing situation, we must first keep pace with the times and constantly promote theoretical innovation with Marxist political courage and theoretical courage; To undertake the historical mission of promoting China’s social development, our party must always put maintaining the advanced nature of the party and giving full play to the superiority of China’s socialist system into developing advanced productive forces, developing advanced culture and safeguarding and realizing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on the road of building a Socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must mobilize all positive factors most extensively and fully, and rely on Qi Xin, the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country, to work together and unite; Under the guidance of Theory of Three Represents, we should seriously consider and deeply study the major theoretical and practical issues of Party building and strive to achieve fruitful results.
