"When buying a car, the 4S shop has to charge the service fee for the card. I object, but the salesperson said that this is a rule, otherwise you can’t pick up the car." On the 2nd, Mr. Sun, a buyer of Mercedes-Benz in Hangzhou, told The Paper that in July this year, he bought a Mercedes-Benz A200 car in the 4S shop of Mercedes-Benz Betty Star in Binjiang, Hangzhou, and was charged a service fee of 2,000 yuan. At that time, he said that he could get on the card and didn’t need a 4S shop to handle it, but the salesperson told him that this fee must be collected, which is the regulation of the store. Even if the owner goes to get on the card himself, he will not be able to pick up the car. Mr. Sun had to pay the fee and the salesman handled the license.

In October last year, when Mr. Lai bought a Mercedes-Benz C180 sedan in the above 4S shop, he was also charged a service fee of 2,000 yuan.

"I can’t get the license of Zhejiang A because I don’t have any indicators in Hangzhou, but they still charge a service fee of 2,000 yuan. If you don’t pay it, you can’t pick up the car. I can only pay the money, and later I spent a sum of money on a foreign license. " Mr Lai, tell The Paper.

According to Zhejiang Vehicle Management Information Network, the charging standard for the license and license cost of new cars is 125 yuan, including 100 yuan/Deputy for reflective license, 15 yuan/copy for driving license (including photo fee) and 10 yuan/copy for motor vehicle registration certificate.
